Passionate since his childhood, Fabio Volontè embodies a contemporary Mediterranean cuisine that blends tradition and innovation. Today, as Executive Chef at Hôtel Villa Calvi, he offers a gastronomic experience that highlights the freshness and quality of local Corsican, Italian, and French produce.
