Taxes and services included

American breakfast in buffet form included in the room rate
Room service: €10 / room
* Courtesy tray: Coffee, tea, infusions, and biscuits

Extra person (adult or child from 4 years old): €150 / night - from the Luxury room
Baby cot (up to 3 years inclusive): €70 / night
A minimum number of consecutive nights may be required during certain periods
Tourist tax not included: €2.20 / day / adult (to be paid on site)

Deposits and Room Cancellation Policy

To guarantee your stay, 30% of the total amount will be required at the time of booking.

From 18 April to 9 July inclusive and from 1 September to 17 October 2026 inclusive:
If the cancellation occurs more than 7 days before your arrival : the deposit paid at the time of booking will be fully refunded.
If the cancellation occurs within 7 days or less before your arrival: the deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a future stay within a maximum period of two years.
In case of no-show and early departure : 100% of the stay is non-refundable.

From 10 July to 31 August 2026 inclusive:
If the cancellation occurs more than 14 days before your arrival : the deposit paid at the time of booking will be fully refunded.
If the cancellation occurs within 14 days or less before your arrival: the deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a future stay within a maximum period of two years.
In case of no-show and early departure : 100% of the stay is non-refundable.

Late cancellations significantly impact our establishment's business model, which compels us to maintain a strict policy.
We recommend taking out travel insurance.

Private Villas

The minimum number of consecutive nights required varies depending on the periods; please contact the reservations department for more information.

American breakfast included in the rate, served in the villa or as a buffet at the hotel.
Service in the villa: €10
Included service: daily housekeeping and heated pool
On-demand service: babysitter, meals and/or drinks in the villa with service, maid available, we are here to listen to any other requests you may have.

Deposits and cancellation policy for the villas

To guarantee your stay, 50% of the total amount will be required at the time of booking.
The balance of the remaining 50% must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

For any cancellation request, please send us an email; otherwise, the request cannot be processed.
In the event of a cancellation occurring more than 45 days before your arrival: the deposit paid at the time of booking will be fully refunded.
In the event of a cancellation occurring 45 days or less prior to your arrival: the total amount paid will be retained; the establishment will keep 50% of the total amount for cancellation fees, while the remaining 50% may be transferred to a future stay within a maximum of two years.
In case of no-show: the total amount paid will be retained. This sum is neither refundable nor transferable to a future stay.

Late cancellations significantly impact the business model of our establishment, which forces us to adopt a strict policy.

Hotel services and general information

Transfers and shuttles

Hotel shuttle package*: €22 per day per room or package €100 per week per room
* Routes between hotel / Calvi city centre or Calvi beach (no transfers to the airport with our shuttle):

Low Season: 9am-8pm
High Season: 8am-11pm

Transfer between Calvi airport and the hotel: €35** / journey by taxi
** Payment is made directly in cash to the driver.

Car rental

The Hotel La Villa offers car rental by the day.
Available model: Jeep Renegade.

€500 deposit.
Pick-up and return of vehicles from the hotel only.

Rooms

The hotel has 2 rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility, as well as the restaurant, the terrace, and the swimming pool.
The rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

General Information

The entire hotel premises are non-smoking.
Dogs weighing up to 8kg are permitted at a rate of €40 per day.

Using mobile phones in the common areas of the Hotel is discouraged to maintain the serenity of the surroundings.
