For one evening, La Villa Calvi brings together Italy, Corsica and the spirit of the Bocuse d’Or for a rare gastronomic encounter.
Fabio Volonté, Executive Chef of the Villa, welcomes Matteo Terranova, bronze medalist at the Bocuse d’Or Europe 2026 in Marseille, for a four-handed dinner marked by excellence, sharing and emotion.
Their collaboration dates back to their time with Pierre Gagnaire, whose vision they still share today: a cuisine that is free, precise, and deeply alive.
At La Villa Calvi, they create a unique score, a seven-course dinner inspired by the Mediterranean, Corsica, and the singular spirit of the Villa.
